Wildlife and Environmental Centre

We were employed by our clients to create a truly unique and sustainable events venue by way of sympathetically restoring and renovating 18^th century farm buildings to create a modern and welcoming 20^th century facility.

The existing farmhouse and outbuildings were transformed into study centres, conference rooms, restaurants and visitor accommodation whilst ensuring the restoration of the original fabric was fittingly undertaken as well as the construction of several new buildings in a similar style. Emphasis was placed on the environment, preservation of existing wildlife and use of green building systems throughout. Restoration of the landscape including reconstruction of streams and planting schemes to sympathetically enhance the site and increase wildlife habitats completed this stunning project and enabling our client’s vision to be brought to life.
