New Build Dwelling for Private Clients

Planning permission was obtained to demolish an existing dilapidated building and construct a large five bedroomed family home on the site and we were the successful contractor chosen to bring the project to life.

The build was undertaken using high quality materials and fixtures throughout including Cotswold window and door surrounds and quoin stones quarried from the local area.  The large entrance hall included a roof dome to allow natural light to fill the space with purpose made joinery constructed within our Joinery Workshop.  Provisions were made during the contract for future additions to the property including further bedrooms in the roof space and a conservatory.  The completed home was finished to a superior standard and to the delight of our client.
