School Extension Project

Due to increasing pupil numbers at a large Secondary School we were awarded the contract to extend an existing building within the school campus to provide additional ICT facilities which included four study rooms, disabled toilet and storage space for staff use.

The modern architectural building designed to include a large section of aluminium curtain walling and stainless steel/glass balustrade staircase was fitted out with the latest technology to enable students to engage fully in lessons including multiple workstations and a teacher training station linked to each student computer to enable individual lesson guidance.   On this particular project we were able to take a radical look at contract planning and achieved Practical Completion ten weeks ahead of schedule whilst maintaining our high standards of workmanship thus ensuring the contract was concluded to the satisfaction of the project team and client.
