SIXTH FORM CENTRE, SIDCOT SCHOOL

We were delighted to be the successful contractor charged with the extensive refurbishment of the existing Sixth Form Centre to transform the original 1960s three-storey building into a stylish, comfortable, modern learning environment.

The dilapidated building was completely overhauled throughout with the façade being fully reclad and a brise soleil fitted to the south elevation to improve the internal environment.  A new zinc roof was formed with a large PV array and together with a ‘state of the art’ heat recovery system the building is now a long-term energy efficient structure.  Students benefit from contemporary social study areas and smaller study rooms, a large common room and five new classrooms. Our skilled and dedicated site team surpassed our client’s expectations and  created a striking new facility delivering on all levels from project management, quality workmanship and effortless build phase which was completed utilising our expertise, experience and talented team who together make us a strong building contractor able to successfully conclude each and every project we undertake.
